Va. Beach police seek man in 2 bank robberies

VIRGINIA BEACH Police are looking for a man who robbed two banks on Tuesday. The first robbery was reported about 2 p.m. at the Wells Fargo at 699 Independence Blvd., police wrote today in a news release. The man, who wore sunglasses, handed a teller a note demanding money and fled after receiving cash. Several customers were in the bank during the robbery.
