Open Question: Can you requested Transition Lens glasses even if you don't need lenses? ?

I've discovered I squint a lot, thanks to any level of light. 9/10 times, this squinting gives me disgusting headaches and/or migraines and feel violently sick. I've had my eyes tested and I don't need glasses. This isn't just being outside so I dont want to wear sunglasses everywhere. Is it possible to request transition/reaction lenses with just glass (no active lens) to combat my squinting? Do opticians offer this? Are there any other options? I've tried simply stopping squinting but I physically can't do it. Thanks
